Rhythm Consultancy ("we", "us", "our") operates the Rhythm SoulVerse mobile application and website (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have, when you use Rhythm SoulVerse for astrology, numerology, Ayurveda, meditation, AI coaching, and expert consultation features.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account & Profile Information

• Mobile number (used for OTP login and account identification)
• Name, email address (optional)
• Date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth (used to generate astrology and numerology readings)
• Gender, occupation, relationship status, and personal goals (optional profile fields)

1.2 Health & Wellness Information

• Ayurveda assessment answers (sleep, digestion, stress, energy, appetite)
• Photos you voluntarily submit for tongue/eye health analysis features
• Meditation usage and progress data

This information is used solely to generate your personalized wellness insights and is treated as sensitive personal data. We do not use it for advertising.

1.3 Payment Information

Payments are processed by Razorpay, our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card, UPI, or bank account details on our servers. We retain only transaction metadata (amount, status, date, and a transaction reference ID) for billing records and customer support.

1.4 Communications Data

• Messages you send to our AI Spiritual Coach (processed via Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses)
• Consultation chat messages and call metadata when you book a session with an expert
• Community posts, comments, and likes you choose to share publicly within the app

1.5 Technical & Usage Information

• Device identifiers, app version, and crash/error logs
• IP address and approximate location (for security and fraud prevention)
• Push notification tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging)

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and maintain your account, and authenticate you via OTP
• To generate personalized astrology, numerology, Ayurveda, and AI coaching content
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To facilitate bookings and communication with experts/consultants
• To send service-related notifications (booking reminders, daily horoscope, OTPs)
• To improve the Service, diagnose technical issues, and prevent fraud or abuse
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share limited information with the following service providers, solely to operate the features they support:

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 7). Certain records (e.g. payment transaction logs) may be retained longer where required by law.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted database storage, and access controls to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Astrology, numerology, Ayurveda, and AI Coach outputs are generated using automated systems and are provided for entertainment, self-reflection, and general wellness purposes only. They do not constitute professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. Always consult a qualified professional for medical or other critical decisions.

7. Your Rights & Choices

• Access & correction: You can view and update your profile information within the app.
• Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us (see below) or via Settings → Delete Account in the app.
• Notifications: You can opt out of non-essential push notifications in Settings.
• Marketing communications: You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.

8. Children's Privacy

Rhythm SoulVerse is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. International Users

Our servers are located in India (AWS ap-south-1 region). If you access the Service from outside India, your information will be transferred to and processed in India.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
